LuAnn Ford, Special Education Teacher
I am LuAnn Ford, a Special Education Teacher at Highwood Hills
Elementary since 2003. I work with students who have been
identified as having a Learning Disability, Developmental Disability,
Behavior Disability or Other Health Disability. I work with
children in the regular educaition classroom and also in small groups
outside of the classroom. I am also a member of the Child
Study Team, which is responsible for accepting referrals for Special
Education Services and conducting assessments. The Child Study team
meets on Wednesday mornings before school.
