Hello, my name is Scott Gilles. I've been teaching at Highwood
Hills for 23 years and have taught in second, third, fourth, and sixth
grades. My children attended Highwood Hills and my wife
taught in the Montessori program. Highwood Hills is my home away
from home. Our Schedule: 8:50-9:10 Breakfast and time for students to prepare for school.

One of the highlight activities for sixth graders is the annual trip to
the Audubon Center of the North Woods. It's a three day trip to a
great environmental learning center located near Sandstone,
Minnesota. Camp this year will be March 26-28, 2008. We
would like all sixtgh graders to attend. The cost will be
slightly over $100. (If you start saving $.50 a day now
you'll have enough money to pay for the experience.)
