My name is Sue Arvidson and I am the a licensed school counselor. I am so happy to be full time at Highwood Hills this year. My focus is to work with all students in the building. I am spending half of my time teaching Social Skills classes. The focus of this class is to help students learn how to get along with others, celebrate their own uniqueness, be a hard-working student, and plan for their futures. I also work with students individually and in groups.
I have 3 children of my own and I know the joys and challenges of parenting. I encourage parents to contact me if they have any questions or concerns. Thank you for sharing your children with us!
