School Counselor My name is Sue Arvidson and I am the a licensed school counselor.  I am so happy to be full time at Highwood Hills this year.  My focus is to work with all students in the building.  I am spending half of my time teaching Social Skills classes.  The focus of this class is to help students learn how to get along with others, celebrate their own uniqueness, be a hard-working student, and plan for their futures.  I also work with students individually and in groups.
