It is a new school year!!! I cannot believe that this is my third year of teaching.  Every year I learn more from students and parents and I am so thankful for the experiences I have had so far.  This year, I have big plans in store.  In math, all students will be taught grade level lessons and then we will break into smaller groups to review basic skills if needed.  Saint Paul has a new reading program as well and the kids are going to LOVE it.  All students should finish at least 30 books during this school year, so your support and help is expected at home.  I can't do this job effectively without you!  Writing will focus on honing our skills and learning how to improve our writing.  Keep your ears peeled for announcements of Publishing Parties.  They are always a blast.  Science brings us Soils and Erosion, Biology, Measurement and Sound! I will try to update this on a monthly basis, so keep checking back!
